Key facts
What you'll do
- Lead the financial planning and analysis process for the Professional Services and Partner Support divisions, ensuring alignment with overall company strategy.
- Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Analyze financial performance, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights that inform financial decision-making and support business objectives.
- Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for executive leadership, highlighting key performance indicators and actionable insights.
- Monitor and assess the financial health of the Professional Services and Partner Support teams, providing guidance on cost management and resource allocation.
- Implement and enhance financial models and tools to improve forecasting accuracy and efficiency in reporting processes.
- Support the evaluation of new business opportunities, partnerships, and investments by conducting financial analysis and due diligence.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies, maintaining the integrity of financial data and reporting.
- Mentor and develop junior finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Participate in strategic planning sessions, providing financial insights that shape the direction of the Professional Services and Partner Support teams.
- Act as a key liaison between finance and other departments, ensuring clear communication and collaboration on financial matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or CPA is a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within a professional services or technology environment.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques, with a proven track record of delivering accurate financial insights.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Advanced knowledge of financial software and tools, such as Excel, ERP systems, and business intelligence platforms.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial information to non-financial stakeholders effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.
