What you'll do

• Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all users.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, web analytics tools, and SEO best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Familiarity with content management systems and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
