What you'll do

• Develop and implement comprehensive online marketing strategies that align with Ecomwise's goals and objectives.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, target demographics, and competitive landscape, ensuring our marketing efforts are data-driven.
• Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram, to maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant content for our website, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and generate insightful reports to inform future marketing strategies and improve overall effectiveness.
• Utilize SEO best practices to enhance website visibility and organic search rankings, driving traffic to our online platforms.
• Engage with our online community through social media channels, responding to inquiries and fostering relationships with customers and followers.
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and tools, integrating new techniques into our marketing efforts to maintain a competitive edge.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all channels.
• Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events and campaigns, both online and offline, to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Monitor and manage the marketing budget, ensuring that all campaigns are executed within financial parameters while achieving desired outcomes.
• Provide training and support to junior marketing staff, sharing knowledge and best practices to foster a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in online marketing, preferably within the e-commerce sector.
• Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns with measurable results.
• Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and email marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms to track and report on campaign performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content that engages audiences.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• A data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and make informed decisions based on insights.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus.

Nice to have

• Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva for creating marketing materials.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for basic website updates and enhancements.
• Previous experience in a startup environment, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Certification in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint is advantageous.
• A passion for e-commerce and staying current with industry trends and innovations.
