You will own the orchestration of the executive office, ensuring that critical initiatives maintain momentum and visibility across the organization. Beyond managing high-stakes logistics, you will act as a pivotal connector, aligning people and projects to unlock collective impact. You will lead and elevate the entire Executive Assistant team, establishing rigorous standards and scalable ways of working. In this capacity, you will leverage technology, including AI and automation, to streamline routines and amplify leadership effectiveness. Your role is fundamental in safeguarding the CEO's capacity to focus on the highest-impact decisions and long-term strategy.

What you'll do
Orchestrate the CEO's intricate agenda, proactively mapping dependencies and optimizing the flow of their daily, weekly, and quarterly commitments.
Decode business priorities and translate them into a dynamic leadership cadence that ensures alignment and execution across all levels of the organization.
Architect and coordinate high-impact projects and strategic initiatives, mapping stakeholders, monitoring progress, documenting decisions, and tracking follow-through on commitments.
Design and prepare for critical leadership forums, including business reviews, offsites, and board-related routines, ensuring seamless flow and comprehensive documentation.
Identify potential bottlenecks, interdependencies, and emerging risks within complex initiatives, driving proactive resolution before they escalate.
Cultivate and maintain strong, trust-based relationships across the business, positioning yourself as a central connector between the CEO and key stakeholders.
Lead, develop, and standardize the Executive Assistant team, instituting best practices, clear ownership, and efficient collaborative workflows.
Implement and leverage technology, AI, and automation solutions to eliminate manual redundancies, streamline executive routines, and enhance scalability.
Anticipate the evolving needs of the leadership team, adapting schedules, systems, and support structures to maintain resilience and agility.
Champion a culture of ownership, discretion, and excellence, ensuring that all executive operations run with precision and confidentiality.
Serve as a critical thought partner, challenging assumptions, surfacing insights, and helping to structure problems and opportunities for the CEO.
Oversee the end-to-end management of meetings, from initial planning and material synthesis to minute-taking and follow-up accountability.
Optimize information flow and visibility across workstreams, using data and clear communication to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
Drive continuous improvement in executive operations, identifying inefficiencies and implementing robust systems that enhance productivity.
Ensure strict adherence to governance, compliance, and reporting requirements for all board and leadership activities.
Requirements
