About the role
Easygenerator is actively searching for a Product Analyst to join our growing team in Dubai. In this capacity, you will serve as the primary data strategist responsible for connecting the dots between user behavior, engineering output, and commercial objectives. The hire will own the transformation of complex, unstructured business questions into precise analytical investigations that yield clear recommendations. You will architect and maintain the foundational reporting infrastructure that empowers the entire organization to make evidence-based decisions. This role requires a deep partnership with cross-functional teams to define what success looks like for new features and product initiatives. You will be the steward of data integrity, ensuring that our metrics remain reliable and consistent as the platform scales. Ultimately, the successful candidate will build the narrative of our product's growth through rigorous analysis and clear visualization.

What you'll do
- Conduct in-depth investigations of product and business performance to isolate the root causes behind key trends and anomalies.
- Design, build, and manage self-service reporting tools and interactive dashboards that provide real-time visibility into product health.
- Drive the expansion of our analytics capabilities by integrating AI agents and automated workflows leveraging Snowflake and Claude.
- Partner with stakeholders across departments to establish, refine, and monitor key performance indicators and success metrics.
- Establish rigorous monitoring processes for the performance and user adoption rates of new product releases and feature updates.
- Assess the validity of product hypotheses by constructing queries and analyses that directly influence strategic planning and prioritization.
- Lead the development of internal tools and analytics applications using Streamlit to streamline data access and decision-making.
- Translate ambiguous business inquiries into structured analytical frameworks that produce actionable, reportable insights.
- Analyze complex user behavior patterns through cohort analysis, conversion funnels, and retention studies to inform product decisions.
- Champion the adoption of data literacy across the organization by documenting methodologies and sharing best practices with non-technical teams.
- Optimize existing data pipelines and queries to ensure high performance and scalability within the Snowflake environment.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure that new product launches are instrumented correctly for robust data collection and analysis.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the product analytics landscape to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
- Present findings and recommendations to diverse audiences, tailoring the communication style to technical and executive stakeholders.
Requirements
- Possess a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a Product Analyst or Data Analyst role, with a preference for candidates who have operated in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in SQL, including the ability to write complex joins, utilize window functions, and optimize query performance on large-scale datasets.
- Have practical, hands-on experience using Snowflake for data modeling, query execution, and workflow management.
- Show proven ability to use Python for data manipulation, automation, and scripting, with a strong focus on the Pandas library.
- Exhibit expertise in Power BI for dashboard creation, including a deep understanding of DAX formulas and robust data modeling principles.
- Have experience developing internal tools or analytics applications using Streamlit to rapidly prototype and deploy data products.
- Possess the capability to deconstruct vague business inquiries and translate them into structured, measurable, and actionable reports.
- Show a strong grasp of user behavior metrics, cohort analysis, and conversion funnel methodologies to evaluate product success.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex data findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Hold the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing independent work with collaborative team efforts in the Dubai office.
- Have a proven track record of owning the data lifecycle from problem definition through insight delivery.
- Show meticulous attention to detail and a high level of intellectual curiosity regarding product performance.
- Possess the discipline to manage multiple analytical priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Have a foundational understanding of data privacy principles and secure data handling practices.
Nice to have
- Bring a background in A/B testing and experimentation to the role, with experience in designing and analyzing test results.
- Possess experience with AI-driven analytics platforms, such as Snowflake Cortex AI or Snowflake notebooks.
- Demonstrate familiarity with Claude or similar AI assistants, specifically for prompt engineering and agent-based workflow automation.
- Show proficiency with product analytics platforms such as Segment or Mixpanel for event tracking and user journey analysis.
- Have knowledge of revenue or marketing attribution models to understand the financial impact of product features.
- Understand dimensional modeling, star schemas, and the nuances of handling JSON semi-structured data within a data warehouse.
