Senior Business Development Representative
Job description
About the role
This position is designed for French-speaking professionals who are entering the fast-paced world of an EdTech scale-up as a Senior Business Development Representative. In this capacity, you will own outbound growth initiatives within a dynamic and international setting, driving the expansion of the company's footprint in specific territories. You will work in close partnership with Account Executives to identify opportunities, nurture relationships, and move opportunities forward in a structured and efficient manner. The role demands a high level of ownership over your book of business, where you will be responsible for generating and managing a responsive pipeline from initial contact to qualified handoff. Success in this position will depend on your ability to combine active listening with deep product understanding and unwavering follow-through to achieve consistent results. Sales roles of this nature are inherently quota-driven and reward disciplined activity, rigorous qualification, and a commitment to honest reporting of pipeline health. You will be expected to adhere to a defined sales methodology and will receive comprehensive training on the process before operating independently in the field.
