What you'll do
Outreach to key decision-makers through outbound channels fuels pipeline growth. The team generates interest and opportunities by conducting cold calls, sending personalized cold emails, and initiating LinkedIn messaging sequences. You will collaborate with Account Executives and BDR teammates when support is required to advance complex opportunities. Discovery calls are conducted to uncover business problems and map stakeholder concerns. You will manage a defined sales process, tracking activities and outcomes in our internal systems. Demonstrated outbound prospecting and cold outreach experience must be evident in your track record. Communication follows a clear, goal-oriented style that leaves no room for interpretation or ambiguity. Initiative supports multitasking, prioritizing, and managing time effectively across multiple prospects.
Requirements
A bachelor's degree or higher is mandatory for this position. At least 2-5 years of relevant Business Development or Sales Development experience is required. Native-level fluency in both English and German in speaking and writing is necessary for daily operations. Demonstrated outbound prospecting and cold outreach experience must be shown to prove your capabilities. Communication follows a clear, goal-oriented style that leaves no room for interpretation.
