What you'll do
- Lead the end-to-end development of renewable energy projects, including solar, wind, and energy storage initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, finance, and operations, to create comprehensive project plans that outline timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify potential challenges and develop mitigation strategies that ensure project success.
- Engage with stakeholders, including government agencies, community organizations, and investors, to secure necessary permits and approvals for project development.
- Monitor project progress and performance, utilizing project management tools to track milestones and deliverables, making adjustments as necessary to stay on schedule.
- Prepare and present detailed project reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and financial implications.

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout the project lifecycle, promoting a culture of safety within the team.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project development processes, identifying areas for efficiency gains and implementing best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in project management within the renewable energy sector, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies, market dynamics, and regulatory frameworks.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, with a solid grasp of budgeting and financial analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
