What you'll do
- Lead and manage the interconnection process for renewable energy projects, ensuring timely and efficient connections to the electrical grid.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or interconnection processes within the renewable energy sector.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical grid operations, interconnection standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
