Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in interconnection engineering or project management within the renewable energy sector.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, grid interconnection standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software and engineering design tools.
• Familiarity with renewable energy technologies, including solar, wind, and energy storage systems.
