Orchestrating intake conversations to map member needs and design stretch pathways. Designing programs where assistants learn protocols and clients receive tailored movement sessions. Coordinating schedules for stretch staff while maintaining standards across sessions. Building sales sequences that turn exploratory questions into booked programs. Guiding partners through demonstrations so they understand methodology and can refer others. Reviewing performance data to refine plans and strengthen member retention over time. Shipping consistent experiences by aligning tools, checklists, and communication standards. Partnering with facilities to integrate stretch offerings and support broader community goals.

Requirements
You must hold a national personal training credential and pass a background check quickly. You should manage revenue generating fitness initiatives for one to three years with strong communication skills. You need to stand for up to eight hours, perform physical labor, and learn how to run twenty five and fifty minute assisted stretching sessions. You have to teach assessment interpretation, run programs, and prioritize deadlines while keeping service improvements visible.
Responsibilities
Lead generation through marketing and networking. Implement the sales process to convert requests for information into paying customers. Manage stretch staff schedule. Teaching other fitness professionals how to perform individual assisted stretches and develop an entire program based on an individual's specific assessment.
Qualifications
2+ years of fitness sales and/or operations experience. Ability to manage and drive program-based revenue streams. Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone and via email. Highly organized, proficient in data management; ability to prioritize meeting deadlines and identify opportunities to improve service. Professional, punctual, reliable, strong attention to detail and able to handle confidential information. Ability to successfully perform assisted stretching programs on clients of all sizes and age groups. Excellent sales, communication and customer service skills. Goal-oriented and motivated to exceed monthly production goals. Ability to stand for up to 8 hours in a working day and perform physical labor. Learn how to conduct 25 and 50-minute assisted stretching sessions. Be able to teach how to perform and interpret assessments. Provide exceptional customer service. Have a national personal training certification. 1-3 years of experience managing a revenue-generating fitness program. Superior communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to connect with people while motivating them to achieve their goals. Motivated to continually learn about exercise science, fascial anatomy and fitness programming. Experience with corrective exercise preferred, not required.
Requirements
Must successfully pass background check. CPR certification required within 30 days of hire. Ability to work in a gym setting; move about club floors and handle physical tasks.

EōS Fitness is an anchor store at Plaza West Covina, a large regional shopping mall in West Covina, California. The mall is owned by Starwood Capital Group. It is now managed by Pacific Retail Capital Partners. The site was previously acquired by Westfield America, Inc. in 1998. At that time, the center was renamed Westfield Shoppingtown West Covina. The shopping center dropped the Shoppingtown name in June 2005. In October 2013, Westfield Group sold the mall to Starwood Capital Group. During that 2013 transaction, Westfield retained a 10% equity stake in the property. The mall's anchor stores include Macy's, JCPenney, Nordstrom Rack, Best Buy, and EōS Fitness. The location also contains two vacant spaces. These spaces were last occupied by Sears and Forever
