The hire will be responsible for analyzing market trends and member feedback to refine the stretch offerings continuously. Furthermore, they will serve as the primary guardian of the member journey, ensuring that every touchpoint reinforces the core purpose of creating lifelong fans. Success in this role will be measured by the ability to foster a culture of accountability, growth, and fun within the team. Ultimately, the District Stretch Experience Manager will act as a change agent, pushing the boundaries of the stretch model while staying true to the foundational values that define EōS Fitness.

What you'll do
Conduct comprehensive assessments of member needs to formulate and recommend customized mobility programs and services.
Build and lead a high-performing team passionate about sales, wellness, and delivering exceptional client results.
Develop and execute strategies to generate leads through targeted marketing initiatives and proactive networking efforts.
Implement a structured sales process designed to convert requests for information into loyal, everyday members.
Create optimized staff schedules aligned with dynamic business needs and member demand patterns.
Ensure clubs are properly staffed with qualified Stretch Managers, Stretch Sale Supervisors, and Stretch Trainers at all times.
Teach fitness professionals advanced techniques for performing individual and assisted stretches safely and effectively.
Design and develop a comprehensive program based on an individual's specific physical assessment and goals.
Analyze district-level performance data to identify opportunities for improving service quality and member satisfaction.

Maintain strict adherence to company standards regarding professionalism, punctuality, and reliability.
Manage confidential member and business information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
Ensure all operations comply with safety protocols and create a clean, inviting gym environments.
Foster continuous learning by staying updated on exercise science, fascial anatomy, and the latest fitness programming trends.
Drive district-level revenue growth by managing and optimizing program-based revenue streams.
Demonstrate superior communication skills to motivate teams and connect with members on a personal level.
Utilize strong organizational abilities to prioritize multiple deadlines and streamline club operations efficiently.
Requirements
Must successfully pass a comprehensive background check prior to employment.
CPR certification is required to be obtained within 30 days of hire.
Possess a valid Driver's License to perform job duties across multiple locations.
Maintain a clean motor vehicle record throughout the duration of employment.
Have reliable transportation to commute to and between multiple job locations as scheduled.
Be capable of performing physical duties required in a gym setting, including moving about club floors and rooms.
Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively with employees, members, and stakeholders in person and on the phone.
Be able to lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds when necessary for operational tasks.
Possess a strong commitment to maintaining a safe and respectful work environment for all individuals.
Meet the eligibility criteria to operate equipment and handle fitness-related tasks inherent to the role.
Be available to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, to ensure club coverage during peak times.
Adhere to the company's policies and procedures regarding attendance, appearance, and conduct.
Display a willingness to learn new methodologies and adapt to evolving business requirements.
Demonstrate a history of reliability and a strong work ethic consistent with EōS Fitness standards.
