You are accountable for the complete member experience from the moment they walk in to the moment they leave the facility. You coach instructors to elevate their teaching and embody the standards expected at EōS Fitness. You analyze performance data and adjust strategies to keep the district aligned with business goals. You lead by example in every class, demonstrating the energy, clarity, and reliability the team depends on. You act as the operational backbone of the group exercise department, owning outcomes that directly influence member loyalty.

What you'll do
Setting class schedules and instructor rosters to keep studios full and coverage solid across all shifts.
Championing safety standards and incident reporting while maintaining clean facilities and equipment to protect members and staff.
Guiding newer instructors through structured mentorship so they improve technique, consistency, and retention over time.
Organizing group exercise programming that balances capacity targets and member satisfaction while meeting district objectives.
Handling member inquiries with calm, clear communication to protect loyalty and resolve concerns before they escalate.
Coordinating with partners on schedules, logistics, and cross studio initiatives that raise district performance and collaboration.
Maintaining accurate management reports, payroll inputs, and documentation for audits, reviews, and compliance requirements.
Running classes with strong musicality, clear cueing, and energetic motivation that keeps energy on beat and members engaged.
Troubleshooting basic audio issues and small equipment problems to avoid class disruptions and maintain a smooth experience.
Driving continuous learning by pursuing education and sharing best practices across the team to elevate overall performance.
Using analytical skills to review attendance trends and adjust staffing or programming to meet capacity and revenue goals.
Supporting recruitment efforts by participating in interviews and assessments to build a reliable, high-performing instructor team.
Ensuring all group exercise activities align with company policies, brand standards, and regulatory expectations in every location.
Serving as a visible leader on the floor, modeling behavior that inspires instructors and members to perform at their best.
Requirements
You hold current group exercise certification, CPR, and a nationally accredited group exercise credential required for this role.
You possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for district travel and offsite needs as requested.
You can work varied shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays without exception to meet business demands.
You show extreme organization while managing multiple tasks in a fast, demanding environment with competing priorities.
You have at least five years teaching group fitness formats and proven experience leading a team in a fitness setting.
You demonstrate strong math, analytical, and sales abilities tied to attendance, retention, and overall performance metrics.
You communicate clearly with members and colleagues using a customer first mindset in every interaction.
You troubleshoot audio basics and maintain equipment safety to protect members, staff, and the integrity of each class.
You follow instructions accurately and adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety protocols at all times.
You are legally authorized to work in the United States and do not require work authorization sponsorship for this role.
About the company
EōS Fitness is an anchor store at Plaza West Covina, a large regional shopping mall in West Covina, California. The mall is owned by Starwood Capital Group. It is now managed by Pacific Retail Capital Partners. The site was previously acquired by Westfield America, Inc. in 1998. At that time, the center was renamed Westfield Shoppingtown West Covina. The shopping center dropped the Shoppingtown name in June 2005. In October 2013, Westfield Group sold the mall to Starwood Capital Group. During that 2013 transaction, Westfield retained a 10% equity stake in the property. The mall layout reflects this mix of established anchors and former tenants. EōS Fitness remains a key tenant within this evolving retail environment.
