What you'll do
- Manage the entire sales process from initial lead generation through to closing contracts, ensuring a seamless experience for prospects and clients.
- Conduct detailed product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the needs of mid-market clients, highlighting the value and capabilities of Dualentry's AI-native ERP platform.
- Handle mid-market deals with a typical sales cycle of 9-12 weeks, with annual contract values ranging from five to six figures.
- Work closely with the go-to-market, partnership, and marketing teams to increase inbound pipeline, leveraging marketing campaigns, partnership opportunities, and industry events.
- Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to identify and engage potential clients, building a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
- Engage with prospects to understand their unique business challenges, providing tailored solutions and demonstrating how Dualentry's platform can address their needs.
- Collaborate with product teams by feeding back insights from customer interactions, helping to shape the product roadmap and future features.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and prospects, establishing trust and positioning Dualentry as a trusted partner in financial transformation.
- Track all sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions using CRM tools, maintaining accurate records for forecasting and reporting.
- Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, contributing to the overall growth objectives of the company.
- Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions, and team-building activities to continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in SaaS, AI, and finance to better position Dualentry's offerings.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate new leads.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring prospects feel supported and valued at every stage.
- Work in a fast-paced environment that values ownership, initiative, and results, adapting strategies as needed to meet evolving market demands.

Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience closing B2B SaaS deals, with a proven track record of managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Demonstrated success in handling mid-market or larger enterprise deals with a sales cycle of 9-12 weeks and contract values of five to six figures.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage multiple stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations.
- Analytical and structured approach to sales, capable of managing complex negotiations and objections effectively.
- Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to learn, with a hunger to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of articulating complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
- Experience working with CRM tools and sales automation platforms to manage pipelines and forecast accurately.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members across departments.

Practical notes
- This role is based in San Francisco and requires on-site presence at the company's office.
- Compensation includes a base salary of $120,000 to $150,000, with uncapped commissions of $120,000 to $150,000, and equity options valued between $40,000 and $55,000.
- The total on-target earnings (OTE) range from $260,000 to $300,000.
