What you'll do

• Design and implement comprehensive test strategies that align with product development goals and timelines.
• Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify testing requirements and ensure a seamless integration of testing processes.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using advanced testing frameworks to improve efficiency and coverage.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance code quality and maintainability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on automation and quality assurance.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#, and experience with test automation frameworks like Selenium, TestNG, or JUnit.
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies, particularly Agile and DevOps practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms, especially AWS or Azure, and familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker or Kubernetes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience with performance testing tools and techniques, as well as familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins or GitLab.
