What you'll do
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to develop and execute strategies that enhance partner engagement and drive revenue growth.
- Provide technical support and training to partners, ensuring they fully understand Druva's product offerings and capabilities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the needs of partners and their clients.
- Assist in the creation of technical documentation and resources that empower partners to effectively market and sell Druva solutions.
- Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams, gathering feedback and insights to improve product offerings and partner experience.
- Participate in partner onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition and integration of Druva solutions into their existing frameworks.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in partner strategies.
- Support partners in technical pre-sales activities, including responding to RFPs and preparing proposals that align with client requirements.
- Facilitate regular training sessions and workshops to keep partners updated on product enhancements and industry best practices.
- Monitor partner performance metrics and provide insights to drive continuous improvement and success.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop co-branded materials and campaigns that support partner sales efforts.
- Maintain a strong understanding of Druva's technology stack, including cloud-native solutions and data protection methodologies.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical sales or partner sales engineering role, preferably within the technology sector.
- Strong understanding of data protection, cloud computing, and SaaS solutions.
- Proven track record of successfully managing partner relationships and driving sales growth.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, as well as familiarity with virtualization technologies like VMware and Hyper-V.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support partner engagements and training sessions.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Dynamics 365.
- Previous experience in a partner-focused role within a data protection or cybersecurity company.
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements related to data protection.
- Experience with enterprise software sales and technical pre-sales processes.
- Certifications in relevant technologies or methodologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert).
