Social Media Producer
Job description
About the role
You own the narrative from concept to click, shaping social content that feels native to the story rather than tacked on at the end. You translate complex productions into accessible, platform-native moments that educate and entertain in equal measure. You act as the social conscience of the room, ensuring every post aligns with the production's values and voice. You partner with producers and talent to bake social thinking into the earliest creative conversations. You are accountable for delivering a reliable cadence of content that serves both the art and the audience. You treat every campaign as a series of experiments designed to build long-term audience trust. You own the metrics behind the moments, connecting creative decisions to real engagement data. You are the bridge between the production team and the community, making sure the story lives loudly and authentically online.
