What you'll do
Greet arriving guests with a welcoming presence and authentic hospitality that makes them feel seen and valued.
Verify reservation details and manage the booking system to ensure accuracy and smooth check-ins for every guest.
Coordinate schedules and communicate effectively with resort teams to align service standards and operational flow.
Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, answering inquiries and resolving needs with professionalism and care.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation area to reflect the high standards expected at a premier resort environment.
Monitor guest flow during peak periods to anticipate needs and adjust resources for optimal service delivery.
Process transactions and handle payments efficiently while upholding the resort's standards of courtesy and patience.
Identify opportunities to upsell dining and amenities by confidently articulating the resort's unique offerings.
Document guest preferences and feedback to inform future service improvements and personalized interactions.
Support the overall mission of the resort by contributing to a positive atmosphere that encourages repeat visits and referrals.
Ensure compliance with responsible alcohol service practices while promoting a safe and enjoyable environment for all visitors.

Requirements
Applicants must be at least 21 years old, as this position involves serving alcohol.
You must be available to work weekends and evenings consistently to meet the operational needs of the resort.
This is a part-time regular engagement that requires reliability and a strong commitment to the schedule.
Candidates must possess a valid government-issued identification card to verify age and eligibility for employment.
You are required to have the legal right to work in the United States without sponsorship at this time.
A high school diploma or equivalent certification is mandatory for this role.
Demonstrated experience in customer service or hospitality is strongly preferred to ensure success in this environment.
The ability to stand or walk for extended periods is necessary due to the dynamic nature of the host station.
You must be capable of lifting moderate weights, up to approximately 20 pounds, to manage equipment and supplies.
Strong verbal communication skills are essential for interacting effectively with guests and team members on duty.
Basic proficiency in using computers and reservation software is required to perform job duties accurately.
You must maintain a professional demeanor and adhere to the resort's code of conduct at all times.
