What you'll do
- Establish daily priorities for dining service based on forecasted guest demand and operational requirements.
- Coordinate reservations and seating dynamically, aligning with golf course schedules and arrival patterns to optimize flow.

- Monitor inventory, food costs, and labor metrics to preserve quality, control waste, and protect overall profitability.
- Implement and enforce safety, sanitation, and compliance protocols to maintain a secure and efficient kitchen and dining environment.
- Champion the use of Point of Sale, inventory tracking, and reservation platforms to drive accuracy, reporting, and strategic decision-making.
Requirements
Candidates must bring three years of restaurant management experience, with a proven track record in high-volume environments. You must demonstrate the ability to lead teams during peak seasons without ever compromising food quality, safety, or guest experience. A strong understanding of beverage control, portioning standards, and responsible alcohol service regulations is essential for success in this role. You must be committed to maintaining a kitchen and dining environment that meets all health, safety, and regulatory standards at all times. Previous experience in a golf resort setting is preferred, as is familiarity with the unique expectations of destination hospitality. You should be proficient in using Point of Sale systems, inventory management software, reservation platforms, and standard Microsoft Office applications. This role represents a new duty order, requiring a commitment to performance, leadership, and the resort's long-term vision.

Experience in golf resort environments where you have managed dining operations alongside active golf services is preferred.
