Accounting Manager
Job description
About the role
You will steward the financial narrative of a new coastal golf community by translating landscape and design into clear, decision-ready insights. You will partner with leadership to shape how the story of place is reflected in performance, aligning budgets with the vision of a walking village amid moss-draped oaks and sandhill lakes. You will own the end-to-end accounting lifecycle for this destination, ensuring that every dollar supports the discipline and taste the brand promises. You will act as a strategic sounding board for the Marketing Manager and broader leadership team, turning high-level concepts into tested assumptions and guarded projections. You will safeguard the integrity of the general ledger while enabling bold, yet measured, experimentation across campaigns and membership structures. You will ensure that every financial report reflects both the realities of daily-fee play and the long-term value of Founderships. You will build trusted relationships with external advisors and vendors, positioning accounting as a collaborative center of excellence. You will help steward the next chapter of the brand with rigor, clarity, and an unwavering commitment to accuracy.
