What you'll do

• Lead client engagements in the life sciences sector, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of the Domino Data Lab platform.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, product managers, and sales, to tailor solutions that meet client-specific needs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within client workflows.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate clients on best practices for utilizing the Domino platform effectively.
• Monitor project progress and performance metrics, providing regular updates to both clients and internal teams.
• Identify potential risks and challenges in client projects, proactively developing strategies to mitigate them.
• Gather and analyze client feedback to inform product development and enhance user experience.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in client-facing roles within the life sciences or healthcare sectors.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects and driving client success in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of data science concepts and methodologies, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work setting, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
