About the role

What you'll do
- Lead client engagements in the life sciences sector, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of the Domino Data Lab platform.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, product managers, and sales, to tailor solutions that meet client-specific needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the engagement lifecycle.
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within client workflows.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate clients on best practices for utilizing the Domino platform effectively.
- Monitor project progress and performance metrics, providing regular updates to both clients and internal teams.
- Identify potential risks and challenges in client projects, proactively developing strategies to mitigate them.
- Gather and analyze client feedback to inform product development and enhance user experience.
- Support the sales team by participating in client presentations and demonstrations, showcasing the value of our solutions.

Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in client-facing roles within the life sciences or healthcare sectors.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects and driving client success in a technology-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of data science concepts and methodologies, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work setting, demonstrating strong organizational skills.

- Familiarity with the Domino Data Lab platform or similar data science tools.
