What you'll do
- Formulate and manage Ditto's comprehensive marketing strategy, ensuring a strong brand identity and effective market entry initiatives.
- Recruit, lead, and nurture a diverse marketing team focused on areas such as lead generation, content development, product marketing, communications, and design.
- Act as a vital member of the executive leadership team, contributing to the overall company strategy and direction.
- Set up performance metrics and reporting frameworks to promote a data-driven culture within the marketing department.
- Create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that span digital platforms, events, content marketing, account-based strategies, and partnerships to drive qualified leads and revenue growth.
- Work closely with sales leadership to ensure alignment on target customer profiles, messaging strategies, and the effectiveness of the sales funnel.
- Oversee the management and optimization of the marketing technology stack and budget to maximize efficiency.
- Lead the brand strategy to ensure cohesive and impactful messaging across all channels and audiences.
- Spearhead initiatives in thought leadership, public relations, and executive visibility to establish Ditto as a leader in the industry.
- Supervise content creation, including blog articles, customer success stories, white papers, webinars, and social media engagement.
- Advocate for the integration of AI tools and platforms within marketing to enhance content generation, personalization, campaign optimization, and competitive analysis.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in AI marketing and incorporate new capabilities into team workflows to improve operational efficiency.
- Develop targeted marketing strategies for government and public sector clients, taking into account their unique procurement and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of progressive experience in B2B marketing, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record in building and scaling marketing teams, including expertise in hiring, developing, and retaining top talent.
- In-depth understanding of demand generation, pipeline marketing, and revenue attribution methodologies.
- Strong familiarity with AI tools and their practical applications in contemporary marketing operations.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at executive and board levels.
- Experience in collaborative environments within fast-paced, high-growth technology sectors.
- A data-driven mindset with hands-on experience in marketing analytics and performance measurement techniques.
Nice to have
- Background in marketing to public sector or government organizations (federal, state, local, or educational).
- Knowledge of government procurement processes, FedRAMP, or similar compliance standards in the public sector.
- Previous experience in a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
- Experience guiding a company through significant growth phases, such as Series B funding or major scaling events.
