Project Manager
Job description
About the role
If you are searching for a role where ownership is not just encouraged but expected, this position places you at the heart of high-stakes legal technology implementations. You will be the strategic and operational backbone responsible for the full journey of complex customer deployments, from the initial contract signature through to a successful go-live and beyond. In this role, you will lead end-to-end project delivery on strategic implementations that span multiple months, managing scope, planning, resources, risk, and constant stakeholder communication. You will guide change management for legal and IT teams at enterprise clients, helping them transition confidently to new workflows and ways of working. The position requires you to be the face of DiliTrust during the implementation phase, laying the groundwork for a trusted, lasting partnership that continues well beyond go-live. You will connect the right people at the right time, coordinating across R&D, Application Support, and data migration specialists to ensure smooth technical integrations on behalf of your clients. Finally, you will apply an agile project management methodology, adapting your approach to each client's specific complexity and pace.

You will guide change management initiatives for legal and IT teams at enterprise clients, helping them transition confidently to new workflows and ways of working. You will own the configuration and setup advisory for each customer, developing deep product knowledge across the full DiliTrust suite to deliver the tailored, hands-on implementation the company is known for. You will run customer training sessions adapted to different user profiles, including business users, IT personnel, and executives, at every stage of the project lifecycle. You will act as the primary point of contact and the face of DiliTrust during the implementation phase, establishing the foundation for a trusted, long-term partnership that extends well beyond the go-live date. You will connect the right people at the right time, coordinating across R&D, Application Support, and data migration specialists to ensure smooth technical integrations on behalf of your clients. You will apply an agile project management methodology, adapting your approach to match each client's complexity, pace, and unique operational requirements. You will build business fluency in the legal domain, including corporate governance, contract lifecycle management, and litigation, to speak credibly with General Counsels, Legal Operations, and their teams. You must thrive in fast-moving, cross-functional environments, bringing structure without adding bureaucracy. You must be bilingual or multilingual, a requirement driven by the need to support a global client base.
