What you'll do

• Lead the product vision and roadmap for the sportsbook platform, aligning it with the overall business strategy and market trends.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including marketing, development, and design teams, to define product requirements and prioritize features based on customer feedback and market analysis.
• Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and enhancement of our sportsbook offerings.
• Develop and maintain product documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams.
• Oversee the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features and enhancements.
• Facilitate regular sprint planning and review sessions, ensuring that the development team understands priorities and objectives.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and user feedback post-launch to assess product performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries, providing updates and insights to stakeholders and leadership.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the product team, encouraging innovation and experimentation with new ideas and technologies.
• Mentor and guide junior product team members, sharing best practices and fostering their professional growth.
• Engage with customers and partners to gather insights and feedback, ensuring that our products meet their needs and expectations.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes affecting the sportsbook market, adapting our strategies accordingly.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on sportsbook or gaming products preferred.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex products in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of sportsbook operations, including odds setting, risk management, and customer engagement strategies.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions to drive product improvements.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience working in Agile methodologies, with a solid understanding of Scrum practices.
• Proficiency in product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, demonstrating strong leadership qualities.
