What you'll do

• Design and implement robust reporting frameworks that facilitate data-driven decision-making across the organization.
• Collaborate with data analysts and business stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting requirements.
• Develop and automate regular reports and dashboards that provide real-time insights into business performance metrics.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of data trends and patterns to identify opportunities for operational improvements and cost savings.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing rigorous data validation and quality assurance processes.
• Prepare and present detailed reports to senior management, highlighting critical findings and actionable recommendations.
• Work with IT and data engineering teams to enhance data collection processes and reporting tools.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in data reporting and analytics, incorporating relevant innovations into our processes.
• Provide training and support to team members on reporting tools and methodologies, fostering a culture of data literacy within the organization.
• Manage multiple reporting projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
• Participate in strategic planning sessions, offering insights derived from data analysis to inform business strategies.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units, translating technical jargon into understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in reporting, data analysis, or a similar role, preferably within the software or technology sector.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret complex datasets and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings to diverse audiences.
• Experience with SQL and database management, enabling effective data extraction and manipulation.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques and methodologies.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience in the gaming or software development industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and reporting automation.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Certification in data analytics or reporting tools is advantageous.
• Experience with cloud-based data storage solutions and data warehousing concepts.
