What you'll do

• Develop and implement comprehensive employer branding strategies that align with Digitain Software's mission and values.
• Create engaging content for various platforms, including social media, career websites, and job postings, to effectively communicate our company culture and employee value proposition.
• Collaborate with the HR team to design and execute recruitment marketing campaigns that attract diverse talent pools.
• Conduct market research to identify trends in employer branding and recruitment, ensuring our strategies remain competitive and innovative.
• Organize and participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and industry conferences to promote Digitain Software as an employer of choice.
• Foster relationships with educational institutions and professional organizations to enhance our talent pipeline.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of employer branding initiatives through metrics and feedback, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.
• Serve as a brand ambassador for Digitain Software, representing the company at various external events and forums.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all employee touchpoints.
• Develop and maintain a library of employer branding materials, including videos, testimonials, and case studies that highlight employee experiences.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in employer branding and recruitment marketing.
• Provide training and support to hiring managers on best practices for promoting the employer brand during the recruitment process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or a related area.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful employer branding strategies.
• Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content tailored to various audiences.
• Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Familiarity with recruitment processes and an understanding of the tech industry is a plus.
• Ability to analyze data and metrics to measure the success of branding initiatives.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to challenges.
