What you'll do
- Conduct regular audits of company processes to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
- Develop and implement compliance monitoring frameworks that align with industry standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess compliance risks and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Prepare detailed reports on compliance findings, including recommendations for improvements and corrective actions.
- Stay updated on changes in legislation and regulatory requirements that may impact the organization's operations.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance-related matters to promote awareness and understanding.
- Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory bodies during audits and inspections, ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared and available.
- Analyze compliance data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, presenting findings to senior management.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of compliance policies and procedures, ensuring they are effectively communicated and enforced.
- Participate in risk assessments and compliance reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of existing controls and processes.
- Support the implementation of corrective actions in response to compliance breaches or deficiencies identified during audits.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or auditing within a regulated industry.
- Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements relevant to the gaming or software industry.
- Proven experience in conducting audits and assessments, with a keen eye for detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex compliance concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proficient in using compliance management software and tools to track and report on compliance activities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about compliance issues.
- High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to upholding ethical standards.
Nice to have
- Certification in compliance or risk management (e.g., Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional, Certified Risk Manager).
- Experience in the gaming industry or familiarity with gaming regulations.
- Knowledge of data protection laws and regulations, such as GDPR or CCPA.
- Familiarity with internal audit processes and methodologies.
- Multilingual abilities, particularly in English and Armenian, are a plus.
