What you'll do

• Conduct regular audits of company processes to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
• Develop and implement compliance monitoring frameworks that align with industry standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess compliance risks and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Prepare detailed reports on compliance findings, including recommendations for improvements and corrective actions.
• Stay updated on changes in legislation and regulatory requirements that may impact the organization's operations.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance-related matters to promote awareness and understanding.
• Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory bodies during audits and inspections, ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared and available.
• Analyze compliance data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, presenting findings to senior management.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of compliance policies and procedures, ensuring they are effectively communicated and enforced.
• Participate in risk assessments and compliance reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of existing controls and processes.
• Support the implementation of corrective actions in response to compliance breaches or deficiencies identified during audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or auditing within a regulated industry.
• Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements relevant to the gaming or software industry.
• Proven experience in conducting audits and assessments, with a keen eye for detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex compliance concepts to diverse audiences.
• Proficient in using compliance management software and tools to track and report on compliance activities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about compliance issues.
• High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to upholding ethical standards.

Nice to have

• Certification in compliance or risk management (e.g., Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional, Certified Risk Manager).
• Experience in the gaming industry or familiarity with gaming regulations.
• Knowledge of data protection laws and regulations, such as GDPR or CCPA.
• Familiarity with internal audit processes and methodologies.
• Multilingual abilities, particularly in English and Armenian, are a plus.
