About the role
You will own the research and coordination of proposals, qualifications packages, presentations, and other pursuit materials that showcase our expertise and vision for community wellbeing. You will partner closely with architects, urban designers, interior designers, and firm leadership to shape compelling narratives that reflect our collaborative and optimistic approach. You will leverage your skills as an exceptional writer to craft clear, professional, and persuasive content that aligns with our values as a Certified B Corporation. You will contribute to the daily administration of our studio, ensuring a professional, organized, and collaborative environment for the entire team. You will support marketing and business development efforts by maintaining organized records and streamlining communication across multidisciplinary teams. You will help elevate our projects by drawing on your interest in architecture, engineering, and the construction industry to ask insightful questions and anticipate client needs. You will manage a variety of detail-oriented tasks with discretion, reliability, and a strong sense of ownership over project outcomes. You will bring a proactive problem-solving mindset to every assignment, helping the firm respond efficiently to evolving opportunities and challenges.

What you'll do
Coordinate the research, organization, and production of proposals, qualifications packages, and presentations that communicate our design expertise and community values.
Support architects, urban designers, interior designers, and firm leadership by gathering project-specific information and clarifying requirements for each pursuit.
Develop clear and professional written content that reflects our collaborative, optimistic, and values-driven approach to design.
Manage administrative tasks related to the day-to-day operations of the studio, including scheduling, correspondence, and document control.
Organize and maintain project files, ensuring materials are accurate, up to date, and easily accessible for cross-disciplinary teams.
Facilitate communication between multidisciplinary team members to support alignment and efficiency in project delivery.
Track project timelines and coordinate deliverables to meet client expectations and firm standards.
Assist in the preparation of qualifications packages that highlight our experience, capabilities, and commitment to sustainability.
Help produce visually engaging presentation materials that integrate design thinking and demonstrate our understanding of urban vibrancy.
Support business development efforts by contributing to the creation of compelling narratives that respond to client priorities.
Maintain records of business development activities, proposal submissions, and project outcomes for future reference and analysis.
Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes, using your interest in architecture and construction to suggest practical enhancements.
Ensure all materials reflect the firm's identity as a Certified B Corporation and Canada's Greenest Employers committed to using design as a force for good.
Act as a reliable point of contact for internal stakeholders, supporting a professional and organized studio environment.
Approach each assignment with strong written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating attention to detail and accuracy.
