About the role
You will manage the daily operations of the commercial door service department for our Tampa location, ensuring that every team member performs at a high level. You will plan, manage, and implement detailed schedules that meet strict daily customer commitments while guaranteeing that the plan is properly executed in the field. You will review workload and manpower on an ongoing basis to meet customer commitments in a cost-effective and efficient manner. You will review monthly financial and operational reports, analyzing key metrics and working closely with front-line managers to develop corrective and improvement action plans. You will improve the individual performance of the field force you manage through structured daily, monthly, and yearly performance reviews and coaching. You will assist with hiring, training, and developing new employees to build a strong and capable team for the future. You will own other duties as assigned by the Manager to support the broader goals of the department and the company.

Requirements

- Review customer survey data systematically and respond promptly to customer concerns to drive resolution and retention.
