The position requires a Bachelor's degree preferred with a minimum 2 years' performance as Department Manager, Operations Manager and/or Project Manager in the Service Provider industry with familiarity and knowledge of construction project management and installation of building materials. Candidates must possess an ability for technical applications, mechanical/electrical systems and problem solving. Experience conducting meetings with exempt and non-exempt personnel, as well as hiring, training, developing and conducting annual performance reviews is required. The role necessitates a high level of activity in a hands-on environment where there is an emphasis on meeting deadlines and providing unmatched customer service.
