You will own the commercial service strategy for the Midwest region. This involves driving team execution and improving customer outcomes through structured analysis and decisive action. You will utilize division financial reports to guide daily operations. Reviewing data on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis is essential for informed decision-making. This practice allows for timely course corrections and optimized resource allocation. You will translate insights into actionable shipping and implementation plans. Coordination will be required across service teams and site deployments.
Partnership with branches in Wichita, Topeka, Columbia, Joplin, Springfield, and Little Rock is critical. You will engage with these locations on regional priorities and performance goals. Driving analytical evaluation of metrics, surveys, and processes will help isolate issues. You will design effective changes based on this comprehensive assessment.
Technical proficiency is necessary to support mechanical operations. You must maintain competence with Windows-based programs and ERP/CRM systems. This technical foundation enables better support for field operations. A valid driver's license is required, with travel up to 25% across the Midwest region.
Qualifications
Candidates must hold a valid driver's license with a clean record. The role requires up to 25% travel throughout the Midwest region. A minimum of seven years of management experience is expected. Consideration will be given to both multi-site and single-site backgrounds.
Strong analytical ability is necessary to assess operations and financial results. You will evaluate survey feedback to determine cause and effect relationships. Isolating key information and understanding the impact of changes is essential. Proficiency with Windows programs and ERP/CRM systems is required for daily workflows.
