The role involves owning the workflow from initial intake through final delivery, ensuring all customer commitments are met efficiently and effectively. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling, cost control, and team performance, driving successful project completion and client satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities
The Install Manager will hold accountability for the day-to-day functions of the commercial door installation team in Denver. This includes developing and implementing detailed schedules to guarantee that all customer promises are fulfilled. The manager will guide the intake process for work orders, confirming scope and requirements before mobilizing crews. Organizing and allocating build resources and materials is a critical function to ensure projects are completed on time and within financial parameters.
A key component of this role involves reviewing project timelines, costs, and client satisfaction. The manager will sign off on evaluations that verify these targets are met. also, the position requires the distribution of accurate monthly operational reports. These reports are used in conjunction with front-line management to develop and execute corrective action plans. Collaboration with vendors and field crews is essential to maintain smooth and efficient installation processes. The manager will also enforce policies regarding valid driver's licenses and clean driving records for all personnel operating company vehicles.
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree, which is highly preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered on an individual basis. A minimum of two years of experience managing personnel in a comparable environment is required. The ideal candidate will demonstrate an ability to apply technical knowledge to mechanical systems and commercial door hardware.
Exceptional communication skills are necessary to interact effectively with field crews, clients, and internal stakeholders. The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting is essential. Prospective Install Managers must hold a Valid Driver's License and maintain a good driving record. This position requires the capability to understand and interpret technical specifications and operational reports.
Compensation and Benefits
The anticipated base salary for this position ranges from $66,332 to $102,814 USD. This compensation package may be supplemented by an annual performance bonus.
