About the role
Deputy is seeking a highly experienced Lead Revenue Operations Manager for the APAC region to support and scale the operations of our go-to-market teams. This senior, hands-on role involves working directly with sales, marketing, customer success, finance, and regional leadership to improve revenue planning, measurement, and execution. You will be responsible for analyzing data, optimizing processes, and implementing strategies that drive revenue growth and operational efficiency across the APAC region. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, Systems and Enablement, this position offers an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly capable in systems and data analysis, with a strong understanding of commercial strategies. The ideal candidate will have a passion for leveraging technology and data to inform decision-making, and will be motivated to grow into broader responsibilities within Revenue Operations for the region. This role is based on-site in Australia and requires a proactive, collaborative approach to working with multiple teams and stakeholders.

What you'll do
- Partner closely with regional leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and implement revenue operations strategies that support the growth objectives of the APAC region.
- Analyze CRM data, primarily in Salesforce, to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvements and revenue enhancement.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide clear, actionable insights to senior stakeholders, enabling data-driven decision-making.
- Support the alignment of sales, marketing, and customer success teams through process improvements, pipeline management, and forecasting enhancements.
- Assist in the design, deployment, and optimization of revenue-related technology stacks, including CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Lead initiatives to streamline workflows and automate repetitive tasks, increasing operational efficiency and reducing manual effort.
- Provide ongoing training, support, and documentation to regional teams on revenue systems, processes, and best practices.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to ensure revenue targets are met or exceeded, and identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with finance and other departments to ensure accurate revenue forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the APAC leadership team, offering strategic insights based on data analysis and operational expertise.
- Lead and manage projects related to revenue operations, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder engagement.
- Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging trends in SaaS, and new tools or technologies that could enhance revenue operations.
- Drive initiatives to improve sales and marketing alignment, including lead management, qualification processes, and account segmentation.
- Support the onboarding and enablement of new team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Collaborate with global Revenue Operations teams to ensure regional strategies align with company-wide initiatives.
- Contribute to the development of scalable processes that support the company's growth in the APAC region.
- Facilitate communication between regional teams and global leadership to ensure transparency and alignment on revenue strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related field, preferably within SaaS or technology sectors.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce CRM, including configuration, reporting, and data analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets and translate insights into strategic actions.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, finance, and customer success.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and insights to senior stakeholders clearly and effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of revenue growth strategies, pipeline management, forecasting, and operational best practices.
- Familiarity with SaaS industry trends, tools, and processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience working in or with the APAC region is preferred, with an understanding of regional market dynamics.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Fluency in English; additional languages relevant to the APAC region are a plus.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with AI tools and their application in revenue operations or sales enablement.
- Experience working in a global SaaS company with a regional or international scope.
- Knowledge of other CRM platforms or marketing automation tools beyond Salesforce.
- Previous experience working specifically within Australian markets or with Australian clients.
- Understanding of compliance considerations such as ITAR regulations, if applicable.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
