Deputy is seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead go-to-market initiatives across the Asia-Pacific region. This role focuses on connecting intricate data with strategic business decisions to enable collaboration with leadership and enhance revenue operations. The hire will own the optimization of revenue operations processes to ensure seamless functionality across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. They will manage Salesforce governance with a focus on maintaining data integrity, overseeing pipeline management, and generating comprehensive reports. The individual will convert CRM data into practical insights for regional directors and senior management to drive informed decision-making. They will support forecasting, territory planning, quarterly business reviews, and the setting of regional performance targets. This position requires close collaboration with Sales leadership to promote pipeline hygiene and enhance conversion rates through effective strategies.

What you'll do
- Oversee and enhance the revenue operations processes that encompass Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure functionality.
- Manage Salesforce governance, focusing on maintaining data integrity, overseeing pipeline management, and generating comprehensive reports.
- Convert CRM data into practical insights that can be utilized by regional directors and senior management for informed decision-making.
- Support activities related to forecasting, territory planning, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and setting regional performance targets.
- Work closely with Sales leadership to promote pipeline hygiene and enhance conversion rates through effective strategies.
- Collaborate with Marketing Operations to streamline lead flow, improve attribution accuracy, and enhance visibility throughout the sales funnel.
- Partner with the Finance team to monitor performance metrics and assist in revenue planning initiatives.
- Identify operational bottlenecks throughout the customer journey and implement solutions to address these challenges.
- Drive the adoption of innovative revenue tools and AI-enhanced workflows to improve operational efficiency.
- Create documentation and frameworks that facilitate the scaling of operations across the region.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in Revenue, Sales, Marketing, or Business Operations within a B2B SaaS context is essential.
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce, particularly in areas such as process design, reporting, and data management practices.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex revenue data and provide strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
- Excellent cross-functional communication abilities, with a knack for influencing teams across Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
- Experience in managing regional go-to-market strategies across diverse markets is highly valued.
- A keen eye for detail, coupled with a focus on achieving broader commercial objectives.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of revenue operations metrics and key performance indicators is required.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms like Marketo or similar tools would be beneficial.
- Experience with Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) systems and the quote-to-cash process is a plus.
- Understanding of lead routing tools, such as Chili Piper, is advantageous.
- Practical experience in leveraging AI tools to enhance operational productivity would be a strong asset.
- Background in territory design, quota setting, or compensation management is desirable.
