In this pivotal position, you will be tasked with crafting and executing marketing strategies tailored for the regional market, specifically targeting small to medium-sized enterprises. Your role encompasses the full spectrum of campaign management, from the initial stages of lead generation to the analysis of campaign outcomes, ensuring that all efforts yield quantifiable results.

What you'll do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy aimed at driving demand from small and medium-sized businesses within the region.
- Manage the complete lead generation process, including nurturing leads, facilitating sales handoffs, and ensuring effective follow-up for all marketing campaigns.
- Conduct thorough research to identify local customer requirements and pivotal moments, utilizing this information to shape program development across various marketing channels such as email, content, webinars, events, and sales initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Performance and Creative, to translate regional marketing ideas into actionable campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Work in close partnership with departments such as Analytics, Product Management, Product Marketing, Sales, and Marketing Operations to ensure cohesive strategy and execution.
- Team up with the Customer Marketing division to enhance the effectiveness of brand activations and events aimed at both new and existing customers.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, agencies, and field teams to guarantee the successful implementation of marketing programs.
- Evaluate campaign performance to gain insights into the generation of qualified leads, progression through the sales funnel, pipeline creation, conversion rates, and overall revenue impact.
- Stay informed about customer preferences, market trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies to continually improve the effectiveness of regional marketing efforts.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of driving demand and enhancing pipeline growth in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
- Deep understanding of various marketing channels, including gated content, paid media, webinars, events, email marketing, and sales enablement, along with how each channel contributes to lead generation and pipeline enhancement.
- Strong knowledge of the B2B marketing funnel, covering aspects such as persona development, campaign strategy, lead acquisition, nurturing tactics, attribution modeling, conversion optimization, and pipeline acceleration.
- Experience in creating and managing integrated marketing campaigns across paid, owned, earned, and field channels, from initial concept through execution and ongoing optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with Performance, Creative, Product Marketing, Sales, Marketing Operations, Analytics, and Brand teams to achieve shared campaign goals.
- A proactive mindset with a strong sense of project ownership, capable of executing tasks efficiently, managing them to completion, learning from challenges, and propelling initiatives forward.
- Flexibility and speed in testing new concepts, adapting strategies as needed, and scaling successful programs.
- Strong analytical capabilities, with experience in utilizing campaign and funnel data to evaluate performance, optimize expenditures, and enhance return on investment.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to juggle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, manage budgets, and coordinate with various stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, and other marketing analytics or campaign operations platforms.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, adept at managing stakeholder relationships and comfortable working within distributed, remote teams.
