About the role

You will analyze test results, track quality metrics, and clearly communicate risk and coverage information to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Requirements

• Bring 4+ years of hands-on experience with Cypress for UI and end-to-end automation testing to your work every day.
• Demonstrate expert-level proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, and Python in previous roles and personal projects.
• Show proven experience testing AI-powered or machine learning applications, including established AI model validation techniques.
• Maintain a strong understanding of AWS services such as Lambda, S3, SQS, CloudWatch, ECS, and EKS, and how to validate applications deployed within these cloud environments.
• Apply experience with threaded and multi-agent AI tools and understand how they influence test design and validation strategies.
• Work comfortably with version control using Git, containerization through Docker, and CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or CircleCI.
• Communicate clearly, lead with confidence, and mentor others effectively in complex and evolving technical environments.

Nice to have

• Contribute knowledge of AI model evaluation, model versioning, and monitoring tools like SageMaker, MLflow, LangChain, or Vector Databases.
• Apply experience testing APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures in demanding production settings.
• Demonstrate background in testing non-deterministic systems by using statistical or heuristic testing approaches effectively.
• Make meaningful contributions to open-source testing frameworks or AI tools when possible and relevant to the role.
