This position is responsible for defining and directing the programmatic advertising strategy within the EMEA region. The role owner will develop and deliver high-level services related to programmatic buying for a diverse client portfolio. You will set ambitious goals and devise actionable plans to ensure the team meets and exceeds client objectives. Collaboration with international counterparts is essential to maintain alignment and offer the best possible solutions. You will challenge the team to foster professional growth and elevate deliverables. Ultimately, you translate complex performance data into clear insights and future plans.

What you'll do
- Developing and delivering services within Programmatic buying to our clients.
- Taking overall commercial responsibility for the team's growth and performance.
- Setting ambitious targets for the team, devising a plan to achieve those targets and making sure we efficiently achieve the client's objectives.
- Actively leading and developing our ways of working within Programmatic to improve efficiency and outcomes.
- Collaborating with the other international offices making sure we are aligned with other counterparts of DEPT®® and can offer the best services possible.

- Devising strategies and managing campaigns for great clients across various markets.

- Mentoring junior team members to elevate the overall capability of the group.

- Reporting on key performance indicators to stakeholders on a regular basis.
Requirements
- Have extensive, relevant programmatic experience (DSPs (e.g. DV360, Amazon DSP, Tradedesk), GMP(Google Ads, Analytics, Campaign Manager).
- Have experience with, and gain a lot of energy from, guiding and mentoring other people.
- Have experience with planning a team's capacity in the most efficient way.
- Having the ability to identify new opportunities to be implemented in the daily business (tools, Martech, efficiency).
- Have experience with international markets and cultures.
- Have experience with the EMEA publisher landscape.
- Are analytical, flexible and able to work independently.
- Have experience with creating strategic proposals and campaign plans for programmatic channels.
- Can translate and present complex results in clear language.
- Demonstrate a strong results orientation and ownership of client success.
- Show resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Commit to continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends.
- Communicate effectively and collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
