What you'll do
- Manage multi-market paid search and shopping campaigns for clients across diverse verticals and regions.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to surface high-value search terms and uncover optimization opportunities.
- Leverage automation and data-driven decision-making, including applying AI, to elevate campaign efficiency and performance.
- Create, structure, and optimize paid search initiatives on platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads to align with strategic goals.
- Monitor live campaign performance, analyze core metrics, and translate findings into clear recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Maintain fluency with industry trends and best practices in paid search advertising to ensure strategies remain cutting edge.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including creatives, strategists, and developers to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with client objectives.
- Track shifts in search engine algorithms and adjust bids, content, and targeting strategies accordingly to protect performance.
- Execute technical analysis and content authority evaluations to inform landing page and targeting decisions.
- Design and maintain detailed implementation plans and operational workflows that ensure on-time delivery and accuracy.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for responding to internal and external client briefs with clarity and precision.
- Deliver structured reporting on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, highlighting performance highlights and data-backed recommendations.
Requirements
- Bring 1 year of hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid search and shopping campaigns, ideally within a digital agency or comparable fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of paid search platforms, specifically Google Ads and Bing Ads, including campaign structure and advanced feature sets.
- Show excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets to drive actionable campaign optimizations.
- Thrive in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment where multiple priorities must be managed simultaneously and accurately.
- Use intermediate or higher proficiency in Excel or Sheets to manipulate data, build reports, and track performance indicators.
- Apply strong written and verbal skills in Word, Docs, and PowerPoint or Slides to create clear documentation and stakeholder updates.
- Exhibit outstanding time management and organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail and quality control.
- Hold direct availability to start working in either London or Manchester without delay.
- Communicate effectively in English with full professional fluency across writing, speaking, and presentation contexts.
Nice to have
- Preferred interest or experience in e-commerce, retail, or technology sectors where search advertising plays a critical role.
- Exposure to automated bidding strategies, smart campaigns, and other forms of automated optimization within search platforms.
- Familiarity with tag management systems and basic understanding of website analytics implementations.
- Experience working with global or multi-regional campaigns that require nuanced localization and market-specific adjustments.
