You are the senior strategic lead and media figurehead for one of our most complex and high-profile accounts, owning the entire media narrative and strategic direction. You act as the primary point of contact for media strategy, content leadership, and cross-disciplinary collaboration, balancing long-term strategic direction with hands-on execution leadership. You connect media, content, creative, influencer, and performance disciplines into a cohesive full-funnel approach that challenges competitors and drives tangible business outcomes. Steer the overall media agenda and ensure consistency, quality, and ambition across brand and performance initiatives.
Serve as the primary senior point of contact for media strategy toward the client's senior stakeholders.

Requirements
Senior media strategist or media director-level professional with extensive agency experience and a proven track record leading large, complex, and demanding corporate accounts.
Deep understanding of how to operate within multi-stakeholder organizations and manage intricate client expectations with diplomacy and influence.
Full-funnel media expertise built on a solid foundation in both digital and traditional media, including digital TV, influencer marketing, creative direction, brand, and performance.
Strong ability to bridge brand and performance objectives, aligning long-term vision with execution excellence and measurable outcomes.
Capability to brief and guide teams of data, creative, or tech experts, translating strategic direction into clear tactical requirements.
Excellent stakeholder management skills paired with strong political sensitivity, ensuring alignment across diverse internal and external interests.
