About the role

What you'll do
- Establish a clear line of sight between regional Marketplace Experience metrics and the overall financial performance of the business.
- Quantify Experience-Driven Value Loss by mapping user journeys and calculating the monetary impact of each friction point.
- Identify the root causes of the Retention Gap and design interventions that address behavioral and structural barriers.
- Evaluate Cost-to-Serve drivers in partnership with operations to uncover opportunities for sustainable efficiency gains.

- Synthesize findings from qualitative and quantitative research into compelling narratives for leadership audiences.

Requirements
- You have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in strategy, operations, analytics, or performance management in a relevant industry.
- You can reliably translate operational data into financial outcomes, demonstrating how changes in behavior affect costs and revenue.
- You have a proven track record of influencing cross-functional partners who do not report to you, using persuasion and data to drive action.
- You apply a structured approach to problem-solving, combining qualitative understanding with quantitative validation.
- You communicate effectively with both senior leadership and frontline teams, adjusting your style and depth of detail to your audience.
