What you'll do

• Conduct regular operational audits to ensure that all locations adhere to internal policies and standard operating procedures.
• Evaluate the use of safety equipment, uniforms, company assets, and mobile tools to identify and document instances of non-compliance.
• Analyze vendor documentation, including payroll records, attendance logs, and staffing contracts, to ensure they align with agreed-upon terms.
• Lead inquiries into policy violations or misuse of assets, compiling detailed reports that include recommendations for improvements.
• Develop dashboards and audit summaries that monitor trends and pinpoint areas requiring management intervention.
• Work collaboratively with departments such as HR, Fleet, Customer Experience, and Vendor Management to address audit findings and monitor corrective measures.
• Revise audit frameworks and compliance checklists to enhance operational governance and effectiveness.
• Oversee the vendor penalty system, ensuring that all fines are consistent with the established framework and rectifying any discrepancies.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Between 2 to 4 years of relevant professional experience in Audit, Quality Assurance, Compliance, or Operations.
• Ability to independently conduct field visits and manage oversight across multiple locations.
• A strong investigative mindset with a keen focus on detail and accuracy.
• Proficient communication skills to effectively convey audit findings to various stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in retail operations or conducting compliance assessments.
• Familiarity with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.

Skills & tools

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
