About the role
This position centers on the execution of regional customer relationship management campaigns and the maintenance of high-level operational standards within the marketing function. The successful candidate will own the coordination of the regional CRM calendar and the full implementation of campaigns, which includes setting up offers, managing in-app merchandising, and providing dedicated CRM support. You will be responsible for ensuring that all regional marketing initiatives are delivered accurately and on schedule, aligning with broader business objectives. This is a fixed-term contract opportunity lasting twelve months, designed to support specific strategic projects within the CRM and Ops domain. The role requires a proactive approach to managing cross-functional dependencies and driving initiatives forward in a dynamic environment. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to translate campaign requirements into actionable plans and track their execution. Ultimately, your work will directly influence customer engagement and retention through data-driven and well-orchestrated marketing activities.

What you'll do
- Manage the daily execution and coordination of regional CRM initiatives, ensuring timely and accurate delivery across all operational touchpoints.
- Create, review, deploy, and quality-check promotions and CRM campaigns across a spectrum of channels including email, push notifications, and in-app messages to maximize reach and engagement.
- Identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement within CRM processes and campaign workflows, implementing solutions that enhance operational effectiveness.
- Lead the implementation of regional CRM tests and experiments, working alongside stakeholders to prioritize learning objectives and measure impact.
- Monitor customer behavior patterns, campaign performance metrics, and competitor activities to uncover optimization opportunities and inform future strategies.
- Maintain clear, consistent communication with stakeholders regarding project priorities, timelines, and dependencies to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Support the configuration and management of CRM tools and templates to ensure campaigns are built correctly and meet technical standards.
- Assist in the collection and analysis of campaign data, compiling insights that guide decision-making and future campaign planning.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure all campaign assets are on-brand, compliant, and ready for deployment.
- Act as the primary point of contact for regional CRM queries, providing timely support and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with internal guidelines and external regulations, maintaining the integrity of the brand.
- Drive hands-on execution of marketing operations tasks, reducing reliance on external resources and accelerating campaign delivery.
- Partner with analytics teams to track the end-to-end customer journey, identifying friction points and areas for enhancement.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the CRM operating model, documenting processes and best practices for scalability.
Requirements
- Bring prior experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or digital marketing roles, demonstrating a practical understanding of campaign execution.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or possess equivalent practical experience that demonstrates relevant knowledge.
- Show a proven track record of delivering CRM campaigns using platforms such as Braze, Journey, or similar tools with confidence.
- Exhibit strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects, competing deadlines, and various stakeholders simultaneously without compromising quality.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a history of working effectively across different teams and departments.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail, with a steadfast commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality campaigns that meet brand standards.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities evolve rapidly, adapting quickly to new information and shifting requirements.
- Have the right to work in the United Kingdom and the eligibility to work in the country stated in the job description without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
Nice to have
- Experience using reporting tools like Looker, Tableau, or similar to derive actionable insights from campaign data.
- A basic understanding of HTML and CRM templates to enable minor adjustments and troubleshooting.
- Direct experience supporting experimentation or A/B testing programs and analyzing the resulting data.
Practical notes
This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days a week at the London HQ. The successful applicant will join a team that operates within the broader DoorDash ecosystem, including collaboration opportunities across DoorDash and Wolt teams.
