You will act as the primary commercial voice for Deliveroo in the region, translating market insights into actionable plans that drive sustainable performance. This role demands a proactive mindset, where you leverage data and industry trends to anticipate partner needs and shape solutions before they are explicitly requested. You will be accountable for negotiating and securing mutually beneficial agreements that enhance long-term value for both Deliveroo and our partners. - Influence Product Adoption: Partner with internal product specialists to drive the adoption of new features and tools that enhance the restaurant experience.
- Manage Key Accounts: Maintain a rigorous pipeline of activities, ensuring timely follow-ups, accurate forecasting, and meticulous relationship nurturing.
- Report on Performance: Provide clear, data-driven insights to internal leadership regarding partner health, market opportunities, and competitive threats.
- Champion Innovation: Continuously test and introduce new commercial approaches that strengthen Deliveroo's value proposition in the local market.
- Resolve Disputes: Act as the escalation point for partner concerns, applying negotiation skills to resolve issues while preserving strategic relationships.
- Build Business Cases: Develop compelling proposals and ROI analyses that support the rollout of new partnerships and expansion initiatives.
- Monitor Industry Shifts: Stay informed on regulatory changes, consumer behaviour, and technological advancements affecting the on-demand economy.

Requirements
- You possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience that demonstrates commercial capability.
- You have a proven track record of managing complex B2B relationships in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- You bring a minimum of three years of experience in sales, account management, or a commercial role with clear performance metrics.
- You have a history of exceeding performance targets and consistently delivering against ambitious commercial goals.
- You are highly proficient in using data to inform decisions, interpret trends, and build evidence-based strategies.
- You have experience negotiating high-value contracts and managing stakeholder expectations across multiple teams.
- You demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for senior executives and operational partners.
- You are comfortable working autonomously in a dynamic, rapidly evolving marketplace with minimal direct supervision.
- You exhibit exceptional organisational skills, managing multiple priorities and deadlines with precision and professionalism.
- You hold the right to work in Ireland and possess the fluency necessary to operate effectively in a professional English-speaking environment.
- You have a deep understanding of the restaurant industry and its key commercial drivers, including margin management and customer acquisition.
- You are comfortable utilising CRM platforms and analytics tools to track performance and forecast accurately.
- You have a history of building trust with external partners through reliability, integrity, and consistent follow-through.
- You are prepared to travel within the Greater Dublin area to meet partners, attend industry events, and support field initiatives.
