The Commercial team in France builds lasting partnerships with restaurants and merchants across the country, supporting their growth through innovative solutions, a data-driven approach, and day-to-day operational excellence. This Account Manager role is based in the Paris Main Office and operates in a hybrid work model with regular travel across the assigned sector. You will play an active part in growing and sustaining a strategic portfolio of restaurant partners, ensuring the best possible experience for both partners and customers through strategic guidance and hands-on support.

What you'll do
Manage and grow a strategic portfolio of restaurant partners in mature markets across the Paris area.
Build strong, lasting relationships with partners by becoming their trusted point of contact and Food Tech expert in the region.
Analyze commercial and operational performance data to identify growth levers and optimization opportunities for each partner.
Recommend and deploy marketing and promotional campaigns tailored to the specific needs of your partner portfolio.
Work closely with Regional and City Managers to share strategic recommendations and actionable market insights.
Support partners in improving their daily operations and overall customer experience on the Deliveroo platform.
Conduct regular competitive monitoring to anticipate market trends and spot new development opportunities in the sector.
Develop and execute account plans that align partner goals with Deliveroo's broader commercial objectives.
Serve as the primary liaison between restaurant partners and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely communication.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing partner base to drive incremental revenue growth.
Requirements
A demonstrated background in strategic account management or commercial partnership development within a B2B environment.
Strong interpersonal skills with the proven ability to build trust-based, long-term partnerships with external stakeholders.
Solid negotiation and commercial management capabilities with a track record of closing deals and expanding accounts.
Ability to analyze performance data and turn insights into actionable steps that drive measurable outcomes.
Self-directed with a strong sense of priorities and the capacity to handle multiple topics at once.
A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a consistent focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both French and English, at a professional level.
Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with regular travel across the assigned sector on a weekly basis.
Nice to have
Experience in the food delivery or restaurant technology sector is a strong advantage.
Familiarity with data analytics tools and dashboards for tracking partner performance over time.
Knowledge of the Paris restaurant and hospitality landscape and its current market dynamics.
Previous experience working in a hybrid or field-based commercial role with regular travel requirements.
Understanding of restaurant operations and the day-to-day challenges faced by food service businesses.
