What you'll do
Analyse restaurant performance data to identify growth opportunities and implement strategies that increase order volumes across your portfolio.
Build and maintain high-impact senior relationships through consistent face-to-face interactions and remote communication tailored to partner needs.
Lead complex commercial negotiations to secure optimal contract terms and long-term value for Deliveroo and its restaurant partners.
Collaborate with restaurant and rider operations teams to resolve friction points and streamline processes that affect service delivery.
Act as a local market expert for Colchester, Chelmsford, Ipswich, and surrounding areas, monitoring industry trends and competitor activity.
Develop innovative growth ideas that address specific regional challenges and unlock new revenue streams for partners.
Own end-to-end account management, ensuring commercial targets are met while maintaining strong operational standards.
Use advanced data interpretation skills to forecast demand and guide restaurants on menu engineering and pricing strategies.
Represent Deliveroo at industry events and partner meetings to reinforce our brand and market position.
Proactively identify risks and escalations, coordinating with internal stakeholders to resolve issues before they impact performance.
Translate business objectives into clear actions for restaurants, ensuring alignment with Deliveroo's marketplace strategy.
Drive continuous improvement by reviewing performance metrics and adjusting tactics to maximise efficiency and profitability.

Requirements
You must possess significant experience in account management or a similar commercial role, with a proven track record of managing complex relationships.
You must demonstrate strong commercial acumen, interpreting data confidently to inform strategic decisions and drive growth initiatives.
You must have proven negotiation skills, managing multi-party discussions and delivering successful outcomes against challenging targets.
You must show exceptional communication abilities, building rapport and influencing stakeholders through in-person, phone, and written correspondence.
You must hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle to travel independently across your regional territory.
You must be operationally autonomous, comfortable working with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
You must be willing to travel frequently across Colchester, Chelmsford, Ipswich, and the wider South of England region to meet partners.
