- Build and enhance reporting capabilities that transform raw audit data into meaningful insights, enabling customers to act on security and compliance information effectively.
- Work hands-on with SQL and NoSQL data stores, including Azure SQL and Cosmos DB, to support high-volume data storage and retrieval, and contribute to modernizing how audit data is stored using Azure Data Explorer (ADX).
- Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines to facilitate fast, automated, and reliable deployments, primarily using Azure DevOps, ensuring continuous integration and delivery processes are robust.
- Participate actively in code and design reviews, bringing rigor and curiosity to ensure high standards of performance, data integrity, and maintainability across the platform.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues by utilizing observability tools such as Datadog, performing root cause analysis, and contributing to post-incident reviews to improve system resilience.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to influence and help shape the roadmap for the Audit and Reporting platform, aligning technical solutions with business goals.
- Contribute to a hybrid work environment, working on-site at our offices in Reforma, Mexico City, on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, fostering team collaboration and face-to-face communication.
