Senior Implementation Consultant | UK
Job description
About the role
The role guides multi-stakeholder engagements and shapes learning and AI strategies into measurable outcomes. You will own the end-to-end execution of enterprise implementations, translating ambiguous business problems into coherent platform solutions. A core part of this position involves designing workflows that align platform capabilities with executive-level strategic objectives for VP and C-level stakeholders. You will act as a technical and strategic conduit, ensuring that the connection between LMS, LXP, content providers, skills platforms, and HRIS systems supports coherent data exchange. Success in this role requires the ability to define AI use cases with clear governance and measurable success criteria within a scalable enterprise framework. You will surface risks early, manage escalations with minimal oversight, and build reusable playbooks that elevate the entire professional services team. Written communication and structured note-taking will be essential, as decisions are often recorded and revisited long after workshops conclude. Teams value professionals who make their work easy to review, build upon, and integrate into ongoing performance initiatives.
