You will generate and convert qualified pipeline across your assigned US territory. You will also orchestrate cross-functional collaboration. This involves working closely with SDRs, value engineering, marketing, legal, and other internal teams to progress opportunities through the pipeline. Architecting opportunity strategies is another critical duty, including segmenting territory, managing quarterly pipeline, and ensuring consistent forecasting.
Translating complex platform capabilities into executive-level stories is essential. You will communicate the value of courses, videos, articles, projects, and skill insights to CIOs and CLOs under pressure. This requires strong executive communication skills and the ability to tailor messages for different audiences.
Finally, you will chase late-stage objections with resilience. Maintaining momentum through long sales cycles is a key requirement. You must guard CRM hygiene and documentation discipline to ensure forecast accuracy and deal visibility remains high.
