Datarails, a leader in AI-driven finance solutions, is on the lookout for a Partnership Manager to enhance and oversee strategic partnerships within the Private Equity sector. With a workforce of 350 employees worldwide, this role is in driving revenue growth and increasing the adoption of our innovative platform among portfolio companies. The ideal candidate will be adept at building relationships and executing strategies that align with our business objectives.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Develop and nurture relationships with Private Equity firms across North America, promoting our platform to their portfolio companies.
- Manage the complete lifecycle of partnerships, from initial outreach and negotiation to onboarding and ongoing engagement.
- Collaborate closely with teams in Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, Product, and Marketing to ensure partnership strategies align with overall company objectives.
- Serve as a product authority, enabling partners to effectively advocate for our solutions.
- Implement co-marketing strategies, including webinars and events, to enhance brand awareness and visibility in the market.
- Design and document scalable playbooks and programs to replicate successful partnership outcomes.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators such as pipeline development, revenue generated through partners, and overall impact on the portfolio.
- Provide regular updates and reports on partnership performance to senior management.
- Identify opportunities for expanding partnerships and enhancing the value delivered to partners and their portfolio companies.
- Engage in continuous learning about industry trends and competitor activities to inform partnership strategies.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the partnership team to drive results.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in business development or partnership management, particularly with Private Equity firms in high-growth startup environments.
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven track record of building relationships within the Private Equity sector and executing successful co-marketing initiatives that drive revenue.
- In-depth knowledge of Private Equity operations and the value creation process for portfolio companies.
- Exceptional negotiation skills with experience engaging senior stakeholders and C-level executives.
- A well-established network within the investment and Private Equity landscape.
- Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced, and rapidly evolving environment.
- Strong analytical skills coupled with effective planning capabilities to drive partnership success.
Nice to have
- Experience or familiarity with Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and financial technology solutions.
- Previous roles in marketing or sales within the financial services sector.
- Understanding of the regulatory landscape affecting Private Equity firms.

Salary: The compensation for this role ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 base salary, with additional on-target earnings (OTE) potential.
- Benefits: Employees will enjoy equity options, a 401k plan with a 4% match, Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) options, and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage fully paid by the employer. - Time off: The company offers unlimited flexible paid time off (PTO), with a recommendation of 18-25 days, in addition to 12 paid holidays throughout the year.
