Senior Product Manager

About the role

Datarails provides a B2B SaaS platform that helps finance departments move away from fragmented Excel spreadsheets toward a unified data environment. We are looking for a senior professional to lead our initiatives in data analytics, visualization, and team collaboration.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Manage the entire product lifecycle from initial concept and design through to execution and release.
• Partner with customer success teams and end users to uncover pain points, gather feedback, and define priorities that align with business objectives.
• Perform market research and data analysis to track industry trends and competitive positioning.
• Coordinate with engineering, marketing, sales, and design departments to ensure successful product rollouts.
• Develop and manage the product roadmap while keeping stakeholders informed.
• Produce and update all necessary product documentation, including training resources and user manuals.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management with a track record of delivering products from start to finish.
• Demonstrated background in B2B SaaS and complex system architecture.
• Practical experience using generative AI tools for daily tasks like prototyping, research, data analysis, and documentation.
• Ability to balance customer empathy with data-driven decision-making.
• Strong communication skills to navigate and support cross-functional teams.
• Capacity to learn technical and business concepts quickly.
• Ability to perform effectively in a high-growth, rapidly shifting environment.

Nice to have

• Academic or professional background in accounting, finance, or economics.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Prior experience shipping AI-integrated features to production.
• Technical expertise in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, R, or Python.
